Embroidered blouse NWOT

NWOT Beautiful embroidered blouse with colorful thread. It has a smocked collar that you can bring off your shoulders or wear up. I’m curvy so it did not work for me. There is no stretch so it’s very true to size. The fabric is light and thin. I just tried it on. NWOT
