Esemplare- Italian Knit Wool Fishtail Parka

Made in Italy. A truly unique piece of functional winter knitwear. Luxury statement piece. This a heavy wool knit sweater parka, and its wieght is 3.3 pounds. It's built like a heavy sweater but has the heft of outerwear coat. 100% New Wool knit body sleeves and outer hood. Wool is soft and smooth, not scratchy or course at all, and can be worn directly against the skin with zero irritation. Heavy knit sweater material, no liner, with an oversized, deep pile lined hood with several buttons and rope loops for fitment. Outer hood is wool, inner hood pile fleece is polyester. Fishtail rear hem with wool drawcord. Two way, Esemplare branded front zip closure, with button closure front flap. I bought this from Bodega in Boston over 10 years ago. No holes, no stain. There is some lint, and I will del-lint and a de-pill as much as possible. There is some piling on the front storm flap that covers zipper, also along the perimeter of the hood. The original Eseplare inner tag has been removed, and there is one backing buttton that needs to be repaired (see final photo). All other buttons, backers, including extra button and backer, are intact. Zipper is in original working condition with no flaws.
