Etcetera silky sleeveless banded collar blouson top -8

EUC stunning print top by high end brand Etcetera. Banded high neck collar that snaps in back. Slit in front and in back with darted wide pleats over bust. Blousons at waistband then ties at the side. I had compliments every time i wore. You can dress up a pair of black plants or jeans or wear under a blazer for a more professional look. The options are endless. Goes with purple, black, shades of burgundy and raspberry, etc. Retailed $$$. Due to its blousoned nature, measuring is hard, but i wore as a 36-38 D bust and a size 8-10 in tops. Pit to pit it measures a generous 19” and hits at a mid rise waistline. Feels like silk but is 100% polyester.
