This dress is special and beautiful. It has cap sleeves adorned with teal sequins and a gorgeous vibrant bird pattern. I would say it is a very very thin corduroy type fabric and its main color scheme is navy. It also has a criss cross belt as the waist which is functional. Side zip and a-line skirt.
