This Express Hot Pink Flower Dress is short, fun and comfy, the sleeves have a "tie knot" the top also has a "tie knot" in the front and on the shoulders it has a detailed textured that allows itt o fall perfectly on your shoulders. It has small flowery buttons going down in the middle in the front all the way down, you aren't able to see them because they camouflage with the print. Worn only twice, in perfect condition!
