Express Navy Criss-Cross Skater Dress

Express skater dress with criss-cross chest design, halter neck. Super comfy, wore it for a 4th of July party last year but could also wear it out to the bars with some heels or boots. Tip: do your makeup AFTER you put the dress on otherwise you’ll smear everything when you pull the collar over your head!
