Ruched, one-shoulder dress in luxurious black velvet. This dress is a size small and fits true to size. It would probably fit someone who is in-between small and medium as the fabric has a nice stretch. Worn once and in like-new condition. Express no longer has the dress listed so I'm not sure how much it originally retailed for.
