Puff sleeve has elastic and can be pulled up or down the arm to adjust fit and style. Back has a zipper enclosure. Material is a lightweight, medium stretch cotton (98% cotton, 2% elastaline). Last three photos are the actual dress. In a size medium, but can honestly fit a small if you’re between sizes. The tailored silhouette of the dress doesn’t look baggy if you’re a size small.
