FINAL SALE! Ruched, Drape Cowl Neck 3/4 Sleeve Top

This top is super soft and comfortable, with lots of stretch. It looks great under a jacket, blazer or sweater, but can also be worn alone. Front has two layers of fabric, for superb drape and no show-through. Ruching camouflages, but it also makes this top look perfectly polished even though you're going 'untucked'.
