Never worn and original tags still attached. This *new* cropped velvet bolero will be perfect over bare shouldered dresses or tanks. I'm a size medium in everything and thought it would work. Bought it online rather than the store and found it is on the larger side of medium (it's more of a 10 instead of an 8). But the material is gorgeous.
