Does this run small?

I'd say no, only because the style isn't fitted. The bottom width when buttoned is 18.5" from side seam to side seam, the shoulders measure 15" across (to beginning of inset sleeve), and the length is 19" measured from top of shoulder. I attached these measurements in photos. Please let me know if I can answer anything else.
