The medium could easily fit a large in my opinion. The length would really be the only difference. The buttons are fully functioning down the front. The back is significantly longer than the front. A great piece to layer or wear it with leggings. I also would wear it with jeans shorts in the fall and spring! Comes from a smoke/pet free home!
