karebare26 @mrsbailey Glad you like the gift! They are yummy, super easy and you can make them ahead of time and pop them in the oven when you are ready! Also, you can adjust the salt level too since you are using your own spices. Hope you get the chance to try them out! xoxo

karebare26 @Eileenladwig Welcome to POSHMARK! I hope you are enjoying it! I just saw your question about the emoticons. I think you have to have a special app for it? I am not sure. Maybe @gizmogirl @linmp1031 @msphyl can answer it better for you? Just so you know, it is a good idea to put the @ sign in front of the name so it shows up in that persons news feed otherwise they most likely will not read it. :-) Happy Poshing!

karebare26 @avadislva Just throw the chicken in! Here is the full recipe ...YUM! What is nice is that you control the seasonings so you can make sure it doesn't get too salty! Baked Chicken Fajitas adapted from Taste of Home Magazine serves 4 – 6 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes 1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies 1 medium onion, sliced 1 large bell pepper, seeded and sliced 2 T vegetable oil 2 t. chili powder 2 t. cumin 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. dried oregano 1/4 t. salt 12 flour tortillas, warmed to serve Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 13×9 baking dish. Mix together chicken, tomatoes, chilies, peppers, and onions in the dish. In a small bowl combine the oil and spices. Drizzle the spice mixture over the chicken and toss to coat. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve with warmed tortillas and enjoy!
