Beautiful Navy Swing Cape with pockets. Material is very soft and feels amazing. You will never want to take this off. Looks great with dresses, jeans, leggings, and trousers. The FRNCH brand is designed in Paris. Fully Lined Functional Pockets (these are stitched by the manufacturer, you must snip the stitches on the front side of the pocket to open) material offers small amount of stretch

misshwong Please change item description. This item does NOT have functional pockets. It’s a fake pocket. Still a very nice piece and feels soft, but future buyers should be given an accurate description of the item

marisa78 @misshwong you will need to snip the string in the pocket to open it. Look on the inside of the cape,, you will see the pocket. Many brands to this for some reason, I am not sure why.

marisa78 @misshwong once you have see that it does have functional pockets, would you please update your comment? Thank you.

marisa78 @misshwong correction, you cannot see the pocket from the inside of the cape as it is fully lined. Again, snip the string to open the pocket.

misshwong @marisa78 hi Marisa, I took some pictures and tagged you in it. I know I’m not crazy, but there’s nothing to snip...

marisa78 @misshwong you are not crazy. I tagged you in the photos of the cape with open pockets. You have to snip the stitches on the front side of the pocket to open it. Good grief, this should not be so complicated to open.

marisa78 I have updated the description to explain that you must snip the stitches to open the pocket. These are stitched by the manufacturer I assume to keep the pockets flat during shipping etc.

misshwong @marisa78 I stand corrected. You are absolutely right Marisa. I did finally find the correct side to snip, but unfortunately I will need to take this now to a seamstress to fix my butchering and side I ruined..This was absolutely bonkers. I’ve purchased items before that stitched the pockets closed, but not to this extent... I will be changing my rating shortly. Thank you for your assistance.

misshwong @marisa78 thank you for your help again. I’ve never come across a manufacturer that stitches the ENTIRE pocket closed... most I’ve come across leave about 2 cm from the corner to denote a pocket.
