chrissycollette @francinalong armpit to armpit across the front is 22 inches. It’s true to size for a woman’s large. I am a size 8, and I bought this when I was a size 6 and it still fits. I would say possibly even fit a size 10 women’s. Depending on how much you want to tie the waist.
