Fancyinn navy blue tie front dress

This is a medium i believe? I can’t find the size now but it fits like a medium. Has lots of stretch. Unstretched chest size is 12 but stretched out size goes to 17. I’ll include photos of where I measured for clarity. This is navy blue some photos do not show color well. Does have a bit of support so could be worn without bra
