Fashion Nova tie front floral blouse

Romantic floral tie-front blouse from Fashion Nova. This blouse is absolutely adorable with its ruffled neckline and puff sleeve features. Bought from Fashion Nova a while ago and didn’t end up wearing. The material of this blouse is completely see through so I would recommend wearing a cami or bralette under the blouse. Has only been worn to try on and is true to size.
