dtdurall5 @roldan33 hi the entire dress and the waist does have some stretch to it. When I put it on it fit quite nicely over my soft belly. I will measure it when I get home. Putting the tape measure in my pocket so I don’t forget. I believe the clasp to the button is elastic.
