Faviana Beaded Black Gown NWT Vintage?

Beautiful black formal dress from Faviana has beading on straps & bust. Though this evening gown is NWT, I believe it is vintage from the late 1980s or early 1990s. Being vintage, it is important to rely on measurements. I have researched it online & haven't found another exactly like it.
