I am thoroughly looking at the boots right now, and I do not see one spec of damage or wear and tear. They look brand new! I barely wore them!

@nicolerv Hey there! Not good! lol. I’ve worn them 4 times now & pretty much crumbling away. I don’t expect you to do anything as I know they were good when you sent them - but do you know if Poshmark have any ‘warranties’ or anything? Sorry, not upset with you - I think it’s just the boots, no idea why, and I love them,so I’m so disappointed. I even went into a shoe place and they said there’s nothing they can do. Not upset at you - just wondered if you knew any other solutions! Thank you! 😊

I am so so sorry! I truly appreciate your understanding as you know by the pictures and video they were in perfect condition when I sent them to you. Only thing I can think of is go on your account page, scroll down and click Poshmark Support Center, click contact Poshmark support then fill out the required fields maybe click on general for question topic/subject.
