I came across Find Your Anchor while reading the Kate Spade Social Impact page, because I am a nerd* and that is the type of thing I do. I am honestly impressed with the resources I found so far through my favorite brand!🎀 https://findyouranchor.us/ “Find Your Anchor (FYA) is a grassroots movement aimed at suicide prevention, awareness, and education. With creativity and a personal touch, FYA aims to support those who may be struggling and de-stigmatize conversations surrounding suicide and mental health.” “We are fueled by our desire to save lives and bring hope to those affected by suicide and believe in the power of creativity, small acts of kindness, and community to affect change.” If you are struggling, you can request a free Anchor Box. They will mail it to the address you provide for free. If you are having a crisis, please call/text 988. You can “launch” an Anchor Box in your community by donating $25 (to cover production cost). I did, prior to recommending to anyone else. My Anchor Box arrived in about a week, They emailed updates & resources while I waited.
