missbraylynn Hey @bstambury I received this dress today! So disappointed.. The bottom hem is crooked by several inches like it's been washed and dried / shrank :( it's unwearable by someone of my height. I've wanted this dress for years.. I'm so bummed it won't work.

missbraylynn Hey @bstambury - I'm very disappointed in this garment. I've had it pressed at the dry cleaners just to confirm but this hem is beyond repair. Please advise me on how you would like to proceed.

bstambury @missbraylynn I'm sorry that you're experiencing difficulties with the dress. I washed the dress because the hems were dirty. The dress was still floor-length for me before I sent it out. I only wore it once so I really do not see how damaged the hems really could be.

missbraylynn It's not a question of height. The garment is nearly 4"shorter in the back than the front - with varying lengths on the sides - because of shrinking. Had I been aware that a dry clean only garment was washed and dried I would not have purchased this piece. I cannot reposh a damaged garment, as I would not want to sell a piece in a condition that I personally would not buy. Extremely disappointed in this transaction, thank you for your response.
