linds77723 @candalep At long last. I had to go get the dress out of a bin it's being stored in. If you're still interested, the chest is about 20 inches and the waist is a bit hard to determine because the back of the dress stretches quite a bit. without it being stretched is about 15 inches. I wear a size 14 with full breasts and I found it too a little big. I hope this helps. Again, I apologize for the delay.
