Floral Dress NEVER WORN

LIKE NEW!!! Never worn, but tags taken off! This is a floral dress with frills on the sleeves and at the bottom of the dress. The back side of the dress can be tied into a bow (as shown in the last picture). The front side has a cut out. Nice to wear alone or with tights/leggings!
