Floral Dress from Target Size Large

Blue floral dress from Target’s Xhiliration brand. Size Large. It has buttons on the front and elastic around the waist on the back. It was only worn a few times. The tie around that goes around the waist is torn on one end. I wore the dress without the tie because of the elastic around the waist. I am always open to offers!
