Floral dress with pockets

Floral dress with pockets and tie. Dress is multi-colored floral print with a built in slip. Front has a ruffle collar. Worn twice to weddings and in new condition. First true to size but waist band has elastic so it has some give and the tie makes it flattering on your body. Waist to hem measures 18.5" and bust measures 14.5" with fabric relaxed but expands to 18" with fabric stretched. No trades purchase only please.
