This dress is adorable! It is strapless but has boning on the sides down to the waist. Lace waist detail with tool sewn into the all black lining underneath the black and white rose fabric. Bought this a very long time ago but never wore it (or even took the tags off!). While not “new” at Forever 21, it is in brand new condition and just needs a new home :)

berryk06 @karlalsimental - I will get you that measurement first thing tomorrow! I am 5’5 and it hits right below my knee (especially with the tulle!) but I’ll get you the exact measurement ASAP!

berryk06 @karlalsimental -So sorry for the delay! So the dress measures 34 inches from bust to hem of fabric and then the tile add roughly two more inches. Let me know if you have any more questions! 😊
