Forever 21 black dress with mesh back and pleats

This has been my favorite dress for years but I’ve only pulled it out for two special occasions. I’ve past my time and I’d like for the dress to continue its life with someone new! Forever 21 sweetheart “neckline” with mesh to neck. The dress has a beautiful subtle velvet pattern. Pleats land nicely for a cute cut.
