Forever21 Black & Metallic Silver Dot Cutout Dress

Worn once, like new. Forever 21 dress size small. In some photos/angles the dress looks kind of dark navy blue but it’s black with metallic silver dots. Zip back and there is a cutout at the waist. 28 inches at the waist and about 32 inches from shoulder to hem. The material is non stretchy. I would say it fits TTS but it’s a little short on me and I’m only 5’6.
