greystealth Hello, we received the dress today as we were unaware that it was in our parcel locker. The package was ripped. Also, the dress does not have the original tag as shown in the listing and it has quite a bit of worn staining around the neck, arm areas, and in other random spots. It’s pretty dirty. We’d like to ask if you could credit the cost to dry clean the dress, if not, we’d like a refund as the dress is not in like new condition as described.

melyyeyezzahhh @greystealth you are unbelievable!!! I just noticed my dress that you ruined!!! I can’t believe I didn’t notice this sooner after it got returned to me a few weeks ago! All these complaints you had about it yet you still wore it to whatever it was you needed it for without a problem & even took it upon yourself to make adjustments to it & alter it. I just reported this!!

greystealth @melyyeyezzahhh excuse me?? This dress was not worn, we ended up buying another dress because the dress you sold us was so dirty. I had asked you to pay for alterations and dry cleaning but you didn’t agree so we didn’t do anything to it. It would have cost way too much. So not certain what you are referring to because we returned the dress in the same condition as you sold it.
