Really nice Fossil satchel/shoulder bag. Approximately 6” high, 8” deep and 11-13” wide (expandable). I believe this is called "coated canvas" material (but don't hold me to that, LOL). Durable and easy to wipe clean if needed. Inside zip pockets, inside slip pockets, plus a key holder, and it unzips all the way down both sides. Outside slip pocket that I used for easy access to my phone. Removable shoulder strap plus carry handles.
