Francesca's Floral Dress

If you are looking for colors that will make you stand out in a crowd, this is the dress for you. An ethereal floral pattern is finished with a cobalt blue sash. The only flaw in this dress is that one of the belt loops (a thread) is detached on one end. However, the sash does not need the belt loops anyway, so I would recommend cutting them both off. Other than that, the dress is like new. Only worn once. Collar not included.
