Francescas Shorts-blue w/white detailing-L

Reposhing this item I purchased from @danielle_ringo. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! --These are gorgeous shorts that I would love to keep, but I need a medium. The shorts are light blue with white thread detailing. They are scalloped at the bottom with an elastic waist. I have only tried them on, and the original owner wore them once. Cotton-100 Length- 12 inches Waist (unstretched)- 16 inches flat
