Blue strapless dress from Francesca's, wore once to a wedding. A heavier material with a cute banded texture so it's more formal looking. Has a nice sticky band on the top inside to help keep the dress from falling down like some strapless do (see pic). A flattering neckline. Great condition! Smoke free home
