Francesca's Swing Skirt

Super cute blue and white with a lace design. The brand is Miami but it was purchased at Francesca's. It is listed as a Medium but fits more like a Small. The waist does not stretch but has a zip on the side. I am 5'6" and it hits mid thigh on me when worn high waisted. Perfect for occasions during the summer time!
