Mid-length sequin dress. Ruffles along the v-neck line and hem. Black velvet tie across the back. Very cute and flattering. Size 12 but could easily fit smaller 8-10 due to the tie back. Never worn, new with tags No snags or tears. Normal loose string in a few places around the bottom but no sequins missing.
