dianera1 @megeliza11 Hi sweetheart! Just got those Bali pants today and they unfortunately will not work for me😔. Still too small😕. Do u still want me to send them to u? One thing the buyer did not disclose is that they definitely have been cut. I haven't measured them but they r definitely not 34" inseam. Also, they have a torn belt loop, with a hole where the belt loop should be. That can prob be fixed. Let me know sweetheart!❤️😘

megeliza11 But it's also unfair to you. It doesn't do anything to them, they don't get in trouble or anything. You send it back and she will relist. That's awfully short to be cut. I also haven't experienced much conflict with it. You can just tell her thanks for the fast shipping but they were cut real short and you weren't aware of the belt loop so they won't work for you. I haven't had many people get upset with me....

dianera1 @megeliza11 She did disclose the belt loop, it's just the length she didn't say anything about. That's prob my fault maybe for not asking specifically what the inseam was. She might say she didn't know they were cut, I don't know. Although, they're not even evenly cut I should have realized it from the pic prob.😕

tahnaa @dianera1 you can't fight the length being wrong, but something being unevenly cut yes! That sounds like damaged and not as described to me. I've seen people cut jeans to roll them up and they are usually pretty clear about it. Open a case and take pictures, sometimes some sellers "forget" share info or show some issues in pictures. Don't settle, it's your money!

tahnaa @dianera1 oops! I misread that (still working lol) Cut evenly or unevenly, that should be disclosed. I've seen some sellers do that with thermals and try to pull a fast one on people.
