Upper body is mesh lace with mesh sequined flutter sleeves. Back and front of each strap has a hanging sequined piece. Elastic smocked waist. Front of skirt has long sequined mesh tail. Fully lined. Length: 65 in Bust extended: 38 in Waist relaxed: 20 in Strap length: 17.5 in I bought this dress 7 years ago with the intent of saving it for a special occasion. That special occasion didnt arrive until February 14th 2023 when my husband planned and surprised me with a renewal of our vows on our wedding anniversary on the beach with our close friends. It was the PERFECT dress for such an occasion. This is a very limited addition dress as only 100 of them were made. I kept it safe and preserved all these years just waiting for the right time to wear it. I did get a little snag in the tulle as seen in the last picture.
