Free People bias cut midi skirt (would fit like a maxi on a petite frame). Very fitted through waist and hips with a flouncy flourish at the bottom. Would be a fitted L or a looser M (see measurements below). Partially elastic waist - pull-on style. Care tag has been cut off, pilling around the hem only, and slight snags in fabric that are mostly unnoticeable (see pics). No lining. $98 new 34" waist *and* hips 36" length
