French connection lace dress

Red strapless cocktail dress with black floral lace overlay. Brand new. Never worn. Bought a 10, too small in chest and too big everywhere else. I'm an 8 and i usually have to go up a size to fit the chest (34DD), it just didn't work with this dress, will have to alter it to keep it but i don't feel like going through that right now. The fabric is stiff but not scratchy, substantial but delicate. It's really lovely, I'm posting this for a month only, make an offer. No damage or wear NWT.
