French dress of anonymous origin, clear sophistication

Gifted to me by a beloved Parisienne friend circa 2016, this one-piece French dress doesn’t boast. She stuns, quietly, with her: •Ruched, deep v-neck-style bodice in navy blue and white •Subtle, uniquely textured pattern •Long, full black skirt with plentiful pleats •Original, removable ribbon-style belt and two belt loops •A few loose threads but overall in good, worn just 2-3 times, condition. •Size? Je ne sais pas. I would peg it as 6-8. •Approx measurements: 13” waist; 24” skirt; 38” full length.
