This cardigan is sweetly feminine, in a neutral color that will go with just about anything. Ruffles adorn the ends of the sleeves and circle around the neck, cascade down the front, and go all along the bottom hem. Closes with one hook & eye clasp and a tie that cinches at the waist. Length hits just above knees. One very small hole by the hook closure. It's not visible while wearing since the ruffles fall over it. Otherwise perfect condition!
