This is quite a versatile double-breasted style trenchcoat! Of course, it is a khaki (or beige?) gaberdine raincoat that reaches almost to almost my ankles (I am 6'2"). The black fleece lining can zip out, leaving a lightweight lined coat for spring and summer. Either way, it has the classic styling of the epaulettes and belted London original. It is a topcoat, meant to go over your sweater or suit jacket -- even a parka, as the trenchcoat is to keep you DRY; alone it won't be warm enough for severe, sub-freezing weather. I am only selling it because, since my cancer treatments, the coat is too big for me. It is easy to care for: you don't need to dry clean it but, after washing, you should give a spray of water repellant for added effectiveness. There is one button is missing where you attach the overlap on the inside the coat. It would be easily replaced (if you have such skills) but since the overlap is only a few inches, the loose interior flap never bothered me.
