GAP Black Velvet Wrap Dress

MAKE AN OFFER!!! Beautiful black velvet wrap dress from Gap. Originally $89.95. I paid $49.95. Size 8 Tall. I just realized there is a hole on the left side of dress which was probably why it was on sale. It cannot be seen when dress is on because it is underneath the wrapped part of the dress.
