Very pretty white peplum blouse. Woven cotton. I have a long torso and smaller bosom so it doesn’t fit the best and my return window ran out. Would look great with leather or velvet pants for the coming holiday season/parties or over a pencil skirt at the office! NWT Smoke-free home
