mrsbundy87 @lenahearthwytch Yes and no lol. It is elastic, unfortunately there is barely any give at all. I normally wear an XL and this skirt did not fit me at all. I thought it had some give but it really does not. It is sized more like a medium. It is super adorable though! :) Have a good day!
