what is the bust and hips flat please? I typically wear a small in her skirts as the xs is too tight.

@nkrkearin of course! Flat: bust is 15.5 inches and hips are 20.5 inches. I typically wear an XS/2 and this is a bit loose on me - I would probably get it taken in slightly if I were to keep it
