@angelaenigro - I cut out the tag when I got this as the tag was white and I didn't want it to show through the shirt (the top is somewhat sheer, it's mean to be worn with a cami underneath). I would say it's likely a polyester or poly blend, as it drapes similarly to other polyester shirts I own. Hope that helps!

@angelaenigro yes the pockets do lie flat, they aren't particularly noticeable when you are wearing the shirt, they kind of blend in, visually.
