These are authentic antique paste earrings with 18k ear wires. These French pendants started life as parts to a larger set. They have 18k/750 yellow gold shepherd hook ear wires soldered in a fixed position. Closed back settings, foiled stones. The pendants are 200 year old silver with pastes in closed back setting. Please please research Georgian & Victorian paste jewelry if you’re not familiar with this era & construction of paste jewelry. michaelwhite921 @taydooley not that I can see. There are some settings that are very tiny towards the bottom. These small areas look complete. I can say that they appear to be in good condition. I have no idea if they have had stones replaced over the last 150 plus years, but in my opinion the main, easy to see stones are original. Some of the pastes have darkened over the last century or so. Rhinestones are very different from pastes. These are not rhinestones or have rhinestones as replacements.
