I do defend the integrity of my prices (recently had an offer for 75% off of my price which was 54% off of retail o-O) but I try to do it by explaining my costs in a logical manner, not by getting angry or verbally abusive. I really do mean no pressure, I will offer opportunities but then the ball's in your court and no response expected or needed, maybe hoped for :) .
